How to Curb a Major Sweet Tooth Craving! 

My motto is always “enjoy the finer things in life”. That used to mean indulge or splurge whenever I want. I’ve learned a new respect for balance in my life, and in my nutrition. Although sometimes I splurge and grab some Ben & Jerry’s or a cookie-I’m intentional about it now. Here are some tips that have helped me with my daily sweet tooth splurging! As for the real sweets-I save it for special occasions that way I TRULY enjoy it!

Sugar Free Gum!

Truthfully I never feel done eating unless I have some thing a little sweet. There are two of my favorite go twos when it comes to sugar-free gum that satisfies my sweet tooth or at least distracts it! 😅🤪
Icebreakers ice cubes-Artic grape! Or my newfound favorite extra gum mint chocolate chip flavor! Literally taste like ice cream!

Coffee with Sugar Free Creamer and Syrup

To know me -is to know my addiction to coffee, I drink a cup in the morning and a cup in the afternoon. I typically wait until I am needing a little pick me up and sweetness. I use Stevia sweetener, and skinny girl syrups which I usually purchase from TJ Maxx or marshals. I also like to splash a little sugar free French vanilla creamer from coffee mate! The perfect cup every time 🙌🏼☕️

Guilt Free Brownies! 

Nothing beats a brownie, however that’s a super rare occasion that I give myself a cheat meal that includes one. Not until I found guilt free brownies! I love that this company is women owned, they are also nurses! 😍👏🏻 my favorite flavors are the tuxedo and galaxy brownies. My kids and hubby also enjoy them, and the protein tortilla are amazing for quesadillas and wraps!😍👏🏻

Protein Shake

 If you incorporate lifting weights into your regimen—Do not be scared of protein. I used to think I would get bulky or look too thick if I drink protein. But I drink it every day to FEED and grow my muscles! Dytamize found on amazon is my current go to-i love traditional vanilla. I have also used and love- PE Sceince they have amazing flavors. 🙌🏼
